Getting fitter



So since primary school I gained some unwanted pounds and I finally decided to get rid of them. Every year my butt is bigger and bigger and I hate myself for eating so unhealthy. I can eat a whole bar of milka chocolate in a day and the sit there all day and do nothing. 
That's really bothering me and it's time to change something. Not just because I'm going to spent my summer holidays with my boyfriend half necked, but I want to feel good and healthy in my skin. 
It's not that I hate my body or that I'm going to starve, I'm just changing some things for a better and healthier life. I hope I won't give up. Because I know, if i manage to do this for a week I will be able to do this on a long terms. But If I quit, I will never do this. So lets try! 
I spend whole Saturday watching youtube videos and diet programs and decided to account some tips. I'm not doing a diet, because I don't need or want to lose a lot of pounds, I just want better shaped and fitter body, without cellulite. 

So here are some tips and instructions I'm going to follow:

1. No more fast food, cheese, sweets (only once a week, small amount), Nutella, pre-packed food, soda, juice, sugar,...

2. More FRESH (raw) vegetables and fruits

3. Green tea;2l a day (it's good for your skin, hair and metabolism)



4. Water; 3l (I'll start with 2l)

5. Exercise every day (I'll do a BUTT BIBLE exercises and 30 days SQUATS challenge, when it gets warmer I'll also run every day, starting with 20min)

6. Sleep 8 hours

7. Kiss, laugh, have sex (just kidding)
