Random complaining
It's already
24th of March and it seems like it is December. All this cold, freezing weather
is killing me. I was so excited for spring when last week I was able to wear my
converses but no, again back to jumpers and coats. I’m sitting in my
room, trying to study and freezing, maybe just a little overreacting but still,
I hate snow in middle of March.
Depressing weather
though my window, like I’m living in Russia or something.
Other thing
bothering me is my physic exam tomorrow. I have to pass this time. So I’m
sentenced to study all night. Not to mention all the exams next week. I still have
to study history, psychology read two Spanish books, math and probably something
else. This school will kill me.
Oh and a good
thing is that I already lost 2 kilograms.
Die physic, die!

Healthy cookies
Yesterday, when I came home from my boyfriend's house, I made very
healthy and tasty cookies. Since I'm working out, eating healthy and trying to
lose weight I don't eat any sweets, literally nothing, not even a piece of
chocolate. And I miss it so much. So I decided to make something healthy and
sweet. My friend talked about a recipe for some really good cookies. I changed
the recipe just a little and they turned out pretty great. I was not expecting they
will be that good.
So for those NO FLOUR and MILK cookies, I used:
2 eggs (separate yoke and whites)
2 squashed bananas
2 big spoons of honey
Linseed, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, almonds, cinnamon and oatflakes
Just mix all together and make cookies on a try. Insert it to an own and
bake for 20minutes on 180 degrees.
Sure they don’t look very yummy, but I can say they are great! I’v been
eating them whole day.
Next time I’ll probably do something similar but add some more things.

Getting fitter
So since primary school I
gained some unwanted pounds and I finally decided to get rid of them. Every
year my butt is bigger and bigger and I hate myself for eating so unhealthy. I
can eat a whole bar of milka chocolate in a day and the sit there all day and
do nothing.
That's really bothering me and it's time to change something. Not
just because I'm going to spent my summer holidays with my boyfriend half
necked, but I want to feel good and healthy in my skin.
It's not that I hate my body or that I'm going to starve, I'm just
changing some things for a better and healthier life. I hope I won't give up.
Because I know, if i manage to do this for a week I will be able to do this on
a long terms. But If I quit, I will never do this. So lets try!
I spend whole Saturday watching youtube videos and diet programs
and decided to account some tips. I'm not doing a diet, because I don't need or
want to lose a lot of pounds, I just want better shaped and fitter body, without cellulite.
So here are some tips and instructions I'm going to follow:
1. No more fast food, cheese, sweets (only once a week, small
amount), Nutella, pre-packed food, soda, juice, sugar,...
2. More FRESH (raw) vegetables and fruits.
3. Green tea;2l a day (it's good for your skin, hair and
metabolism)
4. Water; 3l (I'll start with 2l)
5. Exercise every day (I'll do a BUTT BIBLE exercises and 30 days
SQUATS challenge, when it gets warmer I'll also run every day, starting with
20min)
6. Sleep 8 hours
7. Kiss, laugh, have sex (just kidding)

Fashion Icon • Carrie Bradshaw
I want to be Carrie Bradshaw (her
last name Bradshaw sounds so sexy), I want to sit in Starbucks, drink my hot
latte and write an article for Vouge.
Even though Carrie hasn’t always had the best luck when it comes to men,
the one thing she most certainly does know
is fashion. The best of all is
that you can see how her style changed and developed. From big white boots to
glamorous, glittery gold heals. Only Carrie would rather buy latest Vouge than
a dinner.
She always finds right words, shoes and at the end even men. Everyone love her relationship with Mr.Big, it's epic!
I always loved Sex and the City but now I'm watching The Carrie Diaries.
I thought it's going to be some lame, boring CW show, but it turned out it's
pretty good for a new CW show. The actress that plays young Carrie is amazing. I could not imagine
someone else playing Carrie. I love her hair and specially eyebrows!
All the clothes are gorgeous. Even if you are not a fan of the whole story you
can watch the show just because of their outfits and amazing soundtrack.
I have to mention well selected music for the show. After all it should
represent life in 80’s and the music has to be right. I can’t imagine Carrie walking
through the Manhattan streets while Katty Perry or Rihanna is playing. I still
hope to hear some more Madonna, Cyndi Lauper, Def Leppard and Michale Jackson.
